  • Development of a CO2 transport and storage network in the North Sea: report to the North Sea Basin Task Force

04 December 2007: Pöyry Energy Consulting was part of the team that produced the report to the North Sea Basin Task Force on the Development of a CO2 transport and storage network in the North Sea. The report evaluates different options for building the infrastructure that can transport CO2 from sources in the UK and Norway to sinks in the North Sea and discusses implications for both countries.

The North Sea Basin Task Force (NSBTF) was established in November 2005 with a mandate to develop common principles for managing and regulating the transport, injection and permanent storage of CO2 in the North Sea sub-seabed.
